Callbacks
Date: Thursday, July 30
Callbacks will be held at the First Act Studio at 10 Commerce Park North, Ste 2A, Bedford.
Callbacks are by invitation only. Not receiving a callback does not mean you are not cast.
If you are called back, you will receive an email with:
Specific materials to prepare
Your assigned callback time between 5:00 and 8:00pm.

Optional Audition Workshops
Date: July 21
Times: 2:00 PM or 6:00 PM
Duration: Approximately 2 hours
What to Expect from the workshop:
Learn the audition dance
Review audition songs
Q&A about the audition process
Optional tap dance audition for a featured number
(No experience needed. Everyone is encouraged to try! You are welcome to leave if you decide not to stay for this part of the workshop.)
Audition Requirements
Prepare one of the song choices (you will receive the link to these once you submit your audition form.)
Be ready to:
Sing the song of your choice
Perform a dance with your group
Possibly read from the script
Rehearsal Schedule
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:30–8:30 PM (starting August 11)
Saturdays: 12:00–3:00 PM (9/12, 9/19, 9/26)
Not all cast members will be called to every rehearsal in August.
Location: First Act Studio
Please list all conflicts on your audition form. A full schedule will be provided after casting.
Tech Week & Performances
Tech Week Begins: October 5 - No conflicts allowed without prior approval
Location: Derry Opera House
Time: 5:30–9:00 PM
Performances:
Friday @ 7:00 PM
Saturday @ 2:00 PM (followed by strike)
Production Fee & Participation
Fee: $125 (due at first rehearsal)
EFA will be accepted
We do offer family pricing, payment plans, and other discounts. We never want the cost of a program to be the reason that someone does not participate. If the cost causes a financial burden, please reach out to Kellie privately (after the cast list is announced) to determine how we can help.
Family Participation Requirements
Volunteer Requirement:
Each family must choose one task (ex. Costumes, Props/Sets, Load-in, Concessions, Fan Mail Sales, 50/50 Sales, Greeter, Green Room Chaperone)
Help with strike after the final performance
Fundraising Requirement:
Participate in any group fundraiser
Secure one sponsorship
Provide individually wrapped refreshments for concessions
Fundraising Opt-Out Option (there is no Opt-Out for the Volunteer Requirement):
$50 per family (Unfortunately, EFA is not accepted for this fee)
